UMI as a Security Token Carrying Off-Chain Verification Information

In the UFiT whitepaper, there are descriptions of several UMIs, one of which strongly supports the issuance of security tokens with off-chain clearing information that can be accessed on the public chain. The following example describes the use case of this function with a specific application, which is expected to be actually implemented with UFiT’s first deployment.

UMI as a UFiT Managed Debt Token backed by Mining Capacity Assets

In the first use case we can see UFiT’s functionality in supporting STOs, while in the second case precisely the same functionality can be utilized to create a new type of asset management related to crypto mining.
